I grew up in Burkina Faso, fixing computers at 11. By 14 I was running a cybercafe. Ten years ago I came to the US, learned English from scratch, and worked overnight shifts at DoorDash while building my skills in tech during the day.
I started DAKISS Media because I kept seeing the same thing: small business owners losing thousands a month to problems with simple, affordable fixes. A plumber who misses 5 calls a week. An HVAC company drowning in paperwork during summer rush. A contractor who can not answer the phone because he is on a roof.
I am also the Marketing Lead for the Burkinabe Association in the DMV. I know what it means to serve a community. I bring that same commitment to every business I work with.
