I started fixing computers at 11 years old in Burkina Faso. Neighbors would bring me their broken machines, and I'd figure it out. Ten years ago I came to the US, learned English from scratch, and built a career solving technology problems for businesses.
I started DAKISS Media because I kept seeing the same thing. Small business owners losing thousands a month to problems that have simple, affordable fixes. A plumber who misses 5 calls a week.
